Taskout Windows Phone App

I'm designing a to-do app for Windows Phone 7.

It is meant to help you out with yours tasks so I called it Taskout
It is nearly programmed so you guys might be available to download it in a few weeks.

The main idea is to be able to create a new task, doesn't matter where in the app you are, so, the new task bar, would stay fixed through the panorama.
You create a new one, then it is put in today and you move it with your finger to a date, tap on it to set a reminder or make it an important task.

You would also be available to create lists by subject.

What do you think about it guys? Do you like the colors? it took a while to decide a good combination...
