I haven't used Dribbble at all yet but I signed in just to leave this comment:
Looks pretty fantastic, however, you're drawing way too much attention to 'Sign Out' – I'm pretty sure thats not the main action your user wants to take (who signs out of websites anymore?)
Matthew, I totally see your point, but here's where I'm coming from. You're right, most people don't sign out of sites very often. However, when they do, it's usually a very deliberate action. Also, in this instance, "sign out" is an action, where as the others are destinations, meriting different emphasis in my opinion. Typically people associate actions with buttons. If this wasn't a drop down I'd probably agree with you, but given that it's hidden 99.999% of the time, I'm not too worried.
Sure it's an action and actions are buttons, but unless it's a website where people will be signing out of often, you wouldn't want that button drawing the eye away from any of the other pages that are the users destination (whatever those arrows lead to).
