I can't find the english word for it in my thick head right now, but the "magnifying thingie" on the top left has a thinner line weight than the rest of the piece and that throws off the balance.
But other than that, this looks abaolutely killer! Loving it!

@ Emir — You're absolutely right man. This is just a sketch though, and the final illustration will have outlines with the same overall width. Thanks for the heads-up though and the kind words :)
