Nice. What I don't like is the blue current state on the left. It looks blurry because it's so close to the edge. Remove the 1px border on the left and move it 1px.

Looks very good. I'm with Jonno on the border thing. Maybe something to make it sharper. A 1px white border 2px inside the blue, maybe... Overall great work!

There's an errant pixel where"overview" meets the title bar. Otherwise, this is a solid treatment for a tabbed modal! Really like the fact that you used white for the background of the left side. Keeps it lighter, but still serves its purpose.
