Really dig the metallic plates Sacha. How did you achieve that in Photoshop? Looks really awesome :)

Basically there's two shapes, one for the plaque and one for the border. I then used a texture and some 1px highlights to simulate the metal effect. I'll ask Jonno if he wants to upload this to 365PSD.com, then you'll be able to see for yourself!
