I love the illy, and the style is great. I do agree with Bryan's comment - if he's referring to the hand that's holding the bicycle handlebar. That one looks a little wonky, because the bar is over the hand, when, given the perspective, it should be behind it.
Other than that, have you tried going for similar intentionally-misregistered color fills on the Statue and her bike as you did for the background elements? Right now, because her colors are so perfectly registered, it looks a tad incongruous with the rest of the imagery. Not a total deal breaker for me, however, as I think the image does look pretty awesome overall.
@Bryan@Jon the handlebar is supposed to go underneath the hand. That was a layering mistake! Thanks for noticing. This has to be read at a small scale as well as large, so I didn't put fingers in.
@Bryan I definitely intended for there to be two separate styles in this illo. Hopefully they work together okay. The background which is hand drawn and imperfect and the geometric/clean statue of liberty riding the bike. My intensions were to create more emphasis on the main figure and add a little more playfulness to the background. Hopefully that comes across.
