App icon in progress, anything you feel could be improved upon?

Love it ! Maybe your gradients on the front are too intense. But it's close to perfection :)

The shine on the corners of the red box is a bit too bright in my opinion. I'm guessing the content of the box is more important than the actual box/frame? Although it's a very pretty box ;)
    Looking good!

I'm glad you said that Christophe, I've been pondering the same. Will have a look at what it's like toned down.

Beautiful work as always. As others have said, I'd consider brightening up the front 'card' a little and reducing the vividness of the gradients on the box slightly, to shift attention to the contents rather than the container.

Nice idea. The perspective is a little confusing (the box seems to be at a different angle than the cards?) I suppose the cards could be sitting at an angle within the box (rather than 90° vertically), however their relative widths are still off (they wouldn't reduce in width as drastically & consistently as in this version)…

    Pretty!

Agree about the shine being a bit strong.

Perspective of box vs cards looks a little weird to me, although I see you're working to constraint on icon-shape.

Nice. I would suggest perhaps the cards need to appear above the back the same height as they do in relation to the front, if that makes sense? I quite like the intensity - makes it ping :)

This looks cool. I agree with people above that the gradient feels quite strong, may not render as well at normal app size.

Also maybe the '+' is cutting into the profile icon a little too much but it looks okay as is. Look forward to seeing the final version!

For me it feels like the whole card holder is a bit too deep! AWesome work!

In real terms, it is too deep, but I'm banking on the fact that if you could see inside it, there would be a platform for the cards to sit on ;)

Regarding the shine, you might need to play with it for low and high resolution versions. Maybe try adding it to your home screen to get a more accurate sense of it. Great work!

Great icon Sarah! Maybe you could reduce the number of cards and increase the size.

I would reduce the tone on the red-ish gradient, but other than that, it's a great logo and a unique idea!

This is really nice. Love the colorful cards in there instead of them all being white. Only thing I'd change is perhaps the corner radii are a bit off.

For some reason the top left and bottom left seem different from the ones on the right. Could just be an illusion, though.

Love the idea of a business card app, too! :)
