Looks nice but the gradient on "Free shipping over $10.00" makes it feel like a clickable button. I'd use a solid color instead.

Really nice work. I have to agree with Ali, at first I thought that free shipping thing actually was a button. Maybe make it like a speech bubble, with the arrow pointing at the price... dunno, just an idea :)

Nice but i would put less gradient in the buttons. Also the next step button feels like it's not vertically aligned. Maybe one pixel more above...

I like this one, though I'm not that happy with the green button at the end of the form. You should make a bit darker in my opinion. But otherwise it looks really nice.
