Awesome! The shading is fantastic! Just a few things I would change:
1. Add more space in between the ribbon and "Haziq Mir, Web & UI Designer."
2. Like I mentioned on Twitter, you should move the top on the "M" up a bit.

Loving the new mark and the changes look great, Haziq. :) I'd suggest shrinking the "Web & UI Designer" text a tad and enlarging the "Haziq Mir" text a little more to put some emphasis on your name. Gotta make sure viewers get your name stuck in their head ;)

Really, really nice! I wasn't sure about you moving away from your old brand - but I'm on-board with it now. You have my blessings ;p
Although I agree with Cole, the spacing above and below your name should be consistent with the spacing between your name and the ribbon (i.e. move the name a bit to the right).

@Haziq Of course you can do both. But personally, I have seen way too many vintage-ish flags/ribbons like the one you designed. Again, as I said, the quality of your design is impressive, but IMO it's not quite unique enough. It's what most designers are doing now.

I would loose the name and just go with the logo. You can say who you are in the headline below.

I think you should remove that darker red part on the ribbon http://cl.ly/D7SO because by the looks of this screenshot, there's no perspective elsewhere on the site
