    Here is the cover and inside page. Really a simple app, currently in development. What do you guys think of the app name though, Penotes? Is that retarded? Also, would love feedback on the app itself.

    There's a Grid View button to reveal all of the open pages and to add a new page, there's the Share button to save your notes as an image or share through Twitter or Facebook, then a Settings button. The ribbon allows you to hide the Header, so you have more space to doodle. The bottom is the toolbar, where you can change the color (pay no attention to the fact that the swatch color is red, but the actual doodled line is gray/black), change the line width, and then clear the page or erase a section.

    i like it man its a good idea will be a useful app not sure about the name the whole look of the app reminds me of moleskine note books.

    @Andrew - Yeah the Moleskine notebooks was the inspiration for it. I've used a couple of iPad apps that are specifically for notetaking and doodling, but there isn't really anything for the iPhone. I kept thinking of pocket notebooks and how helpful they are when you don't want to carry around a full iPad. Also with the TikTok Touch Pen coming out soon, you could use that for this app to give you more precision.

    The overall appearance of the app looks good. My concern is using your finger to write notes. You can do this in the gmail web app for the iPhone and it is extremely hard. So hard I don't see the point in it (aside from being fun and random). Is it intended to be used with a stylus?

    Also, the first time I read the name I didn't read it how I'm guessing you intended. I read it as pe-notes (still with a short e), not pen-notes.

    @Nathan - Yeah the intention is that a stylus accompanies the app. After seeing the Kickstarter for the TikTok Touch Pen stylus by MNML, I thought it would actually be nice to have an app for the iPhone to make small notes or doodles, without having to carry your iPad everywhere.

    This looks really great Jeremy! I think the name works... although I'm wondering what pronunciation you're going for; is it penNotes? Or is it peNotes? Initially I read it as the former, but now I can't help but read it as the latter.

    A feature that might be cool (not sure if it's possible though) is the ability to make a really big single note page that you can zoom in and out of. The only reason I suggest it is because the pages seem a tad bit small to me. I don't know, maybe that's a silly idea; just thought I'd throw it out there.

    Got it, name maybe not working. I started calling it PeeNotes as well, which probably isn't a good thing.

    The zoom in/out thing could be really cool if it was done right. I'll play around with that concept a bit. Thanks everyone for the feedback!!
