Many, many wizards...

Here is (part of) a spot illustration from my children's book. The text it refers too is:
“I have the spell!” Whipping the ancient scroll from his sleeve, the wizard chanted in an echoeing voice. His body began to shiver, and suddenly there were two, three… six… twelve… a hundred… a thousand identical wizards lining the rim of the valley.
