Sometimes a Litmus client test has to be taken offline due to a service interruption or something on our side, and our users get confused when we remove the option completely. So we're working on a way to show all of our clients but disabling those that may be down.

— Why put the icon at the end? It reads like, "Temporarily offline: alert" instead of "Alert: temporarily offline".
Mark: You bring up some good points. As far the icon goes, I wanted it at the end because the text lines up on the left and there can be 20+ selections on this screen in a fluid grid. The icon on the left breaks that left alignment and I didn't like how that looked.
