   I would love some feedback if anyone has some words of wisdom. This is perhaps my 20th version of a new logo in the past 2 years. I'm liking this idea, but it's so hard to design for yourself...

   I like it... but just needs a little more finesse. Would be nice to keep all the shapes to 100% black if possible, incase you want to emboss something with it in the future or so on. I'm thinking if you shave a hair off the top portion of the gray shaded objects, it will still read as a M and give it some more interesting negitive space.

   Also the first time I looked at it I automatically saw an "R" & a "bee", if you don't mind a bee motif might push it further with some subtle separations/textures on its wings (gray section).
