Do you think this solution works well for complex and dynamic navigations?

We tried something similar for a big project and it failed in user testing.
Personally I really like the idea.

Users didn't use the scrolling functionality, no clue why.
I really think you should test it yourself, I keep my fingers crossed that it works out for you.
@pichfl yep, true. People just don't like scrolling. Should test this against form dropdowns until I find a better solution.

I am currently facing a similar challenge (complex nav) in a phone/mobile device. I look forward to seeing how it unfolds : )
