   LOVE the design, but two small things...

   1. The "No Account? Register" seems like it's in the wrong place. Shouldn't that go where the "Play. Bet. Win!" is?
   2. Those username and password boxes look scweet, but not like you can click in them to enter text. Maybe that's just me though.

   Lots of opportunities to improve copy:
   1. I don't think "No Account? Register" is required. If I can't login the implication is that I'll have to register.
   2. Repetition of Connect grates.

   This is quite complicated for what is essentially logging in or registering. I'd simplify it as much as you can.

   Love the yellow login button. That's a keeper.

   With the drop shadow on the text fields, they look more button like. Can you ditch the shadow and make them look more inset?

   Love the colors ! I would just recommend to use different icons for twitter, facebook, ... for this style. The text fields should be all white i think to make them look less like buttons. The text shadow is fine to me, it's just the colors of the text fields that make it look like buttons.

   Anyway Again and again good work james :)
