I like how you sectioned the content within the dropdowns; makes it easier to scan the contents. Not really sure what any of the icons stand for though? Are they important? Easily learned?

@Ted thanks. I think it is pretty easy to learn. When you hover on it it will appear that Approve & Delete button.
