Absolutely love the interaction at the top, that gap is a fantastic touch. I see the potential 'L' confusion (I liked how in your original the bottom serif was flat, the 'I' is really clear) but assuming it'll be used where it's obviously related to your name, I don't know how much of an issue it is.

Nice, think you need the whitespace/divide between the Z and I on the top to be reverberated along the bottom though, but maybe that's just me?
