Interactive Art Director
We’re officially on the search for an Interactive Art Director to take up residency in the penthouse of the Adobe Suite. We are looking to swipe right on someone that makes pixels move like an eviction notice and cooks up digital experiences that eyeballs feast on.
This is a senior position, so in addition to having 3-5 years of dressing up dot coms, we’d also expect you to have project lead experience and the ability to competently present to clients.
Req’d Skills:
Adobe Creative Suite, prior experience in mobile or mobile app design, comfortable helping manage teams and leading projects, excellent written and verbal skills, experience handling multiple projects simultaneously, proficient in UX Design, 3-5 years industry experience

UX Designer
STS is currently checking portfolios to find a UX designer to paint the baselayers of our digital walls. Our dream candidate would be someone who can make user experiences more pleasurable than a 6-handed head massage, rocks wireframes like John Lennon, and loves big, bad beautiful webpages as much as Trump loves the Twitter. Other dreamy qualities include:
2+ years in a UX design role
Experience bringing concepts from initial idea to high-fidelity realization on diverse digital platforms
Ability to plan and conduct user research
Logically visualize systems with flow charts, systems maps and information architectures
Create clear and compelling wireframes that can guide a project through development and launch
Fluent in a variety of graphic design and interactive tools including: Sketch, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote (bonus points for knowledge of prototyping tools, HTML & AfterEffects)
High comfort level using prototyping tools to convey movement and functionality of concepts is a big plus
Versed in design thinking and advocate of the design process and methodologies
Finally, a strong portfolio that demonstrates your approach to UX and previous work
