i have continued on experimenting further with the logo, and working on this idea of forming the cross from the windmill blades. This was actually one of my very first sketches back at the start, so I have pretty much went full circle with the logomark. But something as clean as this may work much better through the branding and stationary.

I'm also trying out a more graphic Windmill with combination of the 4 cross blades. I think the answer is somewhere between this one, and the previous 4 blade cross. I think either could work on stationary, and I think both could be well received.

If this concept is to work I think the Mark needs to be smaller but also beefed up just a little. Feels a little overpowering in size but at the sane time a little spindly,

Play with the size and thickness a little and I reckon you'll have nailed this particular concept. With this and the other one, you'll have two good ideas to show the client.

I like this one very much. If a church had this logo I'll give it a chance.

Yeah I think you're right Graham, I've scaled it down a little and made the blades a little bit thicker. Just about to re-bound now in a sec!

Jose - thanks! Glad you like it! :-D

Just some slight refinements from the previous, and scaled down the logomark, and thickened up the blades a bit.

Liking the way this has formed now, and may mock up some stationary shots to give it some context. :-)
