   Personally, I think there's a little too much going on. I'd replace "mon", "tue", etc. with "M", "T", and so on. I'd make all the date numbers except the previous and next month dates white. I'd remove the inner border on all of the date blocks also. I'd remove the gloss on the dates boxes and have them as gradients, reversed to the gradient used in the active week except using the lighter and darker grey used in those boxes already. Finally, I'd make the previous month and next month date numbers a mid-grey colour with a darker background than used in the current month boxes.

   That's my honest feedback here. I can see that really working with the design and not being to complex/confusing.
