    Don't really like the pressed (?) state, personally. I think it is a little too light compared to the normal button.

    @ Jeroen: De pressed state (bottom one) is the same style as the hover, but the gradient is reversed. So maybe the hover state must be a different one.

    I think you should use a more subtle shade of blue. Or perhaps leave the gradient as it is and use an inner shadow to show it's pressed.

    over all it's looking promising but I agree with the pressed state - also watch the drop shadow on the alert red speech bubble thingy as it doesn't match anything else in the guy set - it looks like it's floating above the red speech bubble rather than part of it.

    I agree the girl is hot :)
