Got tired of the stock Sublime Text 2 app icon and created a replacement. Aside from the stock icon being ugly, it was also a nice excuse to check out Blender’s new shading pipeline, which makes for a really easy way of creating good looking materials. Perhaps not the best app icon around in terms of execution, but I like it better than the old one ;o)
If you want to use the icon yourself, you’ll need to put the icns file into Sublime Text.app/Content/Resources (right click on the .app file and select "show package contents" to get there).

I also use the soda theme https://github.com/buymeasoda/soda-theme to get nicer UI widgets

I like this version better than tje green one. It reminds me a bit on sophistication logo though: http://a0.twimg.com/profile_images/1336847859/Shiny_Avatar_256px.png

Verses Design: yeah, I had a different version "in the works" for a bit, you can see it at https://photos-1.dropbox.com/i/xl/83gy8hDXHQWPqI1nZTR8pEfl-JutWJ8FxzXyRPzHjsM/5438064/1324134000/ca32fe2/sublime_text_2_512.png but then decided to go with a sharper shape and simpler colors (the other didn’t work at al as an icon…)
Esad: Yeah, I’m using the dark one, too, works better in the cmd-tab view when switching tabs. :)
