Time to start showing what we've been working on for the past 10 months. We're gearing up to launch Joy, a new money app that is all about your happiness. You can get on the early invite list here. ;)

But since I've been silent for so long, I'll start by digging up some of the process work we did to build this thing. Most of this was grunt work, so it won't be very pretty :)

Early Exercise:
Simulating our mobile app into a real life experience. If a potential member who had only heard a little about us walked through our office doors, what would we do to get them what they needed? What conversations would we have? Who would they need and want to talk to? What questions would they have? How would they be feeling throughout this journey?
