I noticed Dan posted this dribbble of an iphone icon & thought it’d be cool to have a bit of fun imagining what would probably be my favorite iphone app. Looking forward to what Dan & Rich have in store for us in the mobile department.
I was thinking that this view would be scrollable, with tags & comments feeding in below the basic info. Oh, and the icons are from Glyphish.
Nice work! You can't help but notice that the default shot size of 300x400 would fit perfectly on an iPhone, with room for a navbar. Looking forward to being able to post photos from my iPhone to Dribbble.
Wow, this looks hawt! =D
Like Dan said, a lot of iPhone apps seem to miss the swipe to navigate (eg. RSS readers) and that'd be awesome on a dribbble app.
Yes yes yes, an iPhone app is a must! Not sure the "flag" functionality is worthy of being one of the 4 icons at the bottom, but great start nonetheless.
@ Phil: Good thought & I agree. I had tags there but because the rest were actions I decided to revert to the flag. Perhaps a short url or even a rebound icon?
As Dan mentioned above, swiping left/right would be great for an application like this. Also, a random Dribbble (at the push of a button) would be slick as well.
Nice vision, Trent. And everything that Dan said sounds awesome. I can imagine that an iPhone could make the workflow of using Dribbble pretty speedy, rather than scanning my sketch book and then cropping the image in Photoshop before uploading it. Point, snap a photo, load in a Dribbble iPhone app, pinch to crop, submit.

Holy smokes. This is pretty spot on, Trent.
Maybe swiping left and right could navigate the streams prev and next.
An iPhone app seems like a must-make. Not to mention the ability to screenshot from the phone itself, pinch and zoom to crop. Woo.
There's a bunch more we have to do before we get there, but this is inspiring. Thanks for dribbbling it :)

@Trent: Short URL for copying over to Twitter would probably be more useful than rebounding from a mobile device—at least in this Dribbbler's opinion.
