Playing with an icon I can include as a subtle reference to my name. Would love some feedback here if anyone has any suggestions. Attached are the other versions I was playing with.

Dang man... these are killer. I'm a fan of the one you have posted actually. I say no changes, it gives that great over/under illusion. I dig it. Roll with this one.

I'd have to agree, I'm a big fan of the one you posted. The way you've merged the shapes is really eye catching!

I think this one is the best. I wonder if you pull up that left leg of A, so the negative space is a pointy knife shape (right now looks like a butter knife shape). So the "A" is a triangle. More abstract and "mysterious". And then maybe the right leg of "A" straight, not curved. Just my thoughts.

This is what I meant: http://imgur.com/UdXOr
What you have here is already nice as is. Just want to show what I think could work too.

Yes! Great suggestion Inka! I was feeling like it looked like a lowercase "e" at the bottom and this totally solves it. Cheers!

my opinion, for what's it worth. Screen shot 2011-12-14 at 6.57.55 PM.jpg - Both on the left side - Like seeing the leg of the A. Maybe try those with the overlapping effect from the post above. To me, not seeing the the leg of the A, it just looks like a triangle. Good luck with that man... I hate my initials, hence an anchor.

To be honest, no, it looks absolutely great. If anything, I'd try to match the roundness of the bottom-left and -right corner of the A; but again, it looks mind-blowing as it is already.
