Not sure if you're doing this all by yourself, but your ia skills seem spot on. From a design point it's fabulous. Just try gridding the links on the left so they all align to the bottom left corner of the triangle or the P in public sources. Visual is nice and simple. :)

Looks great! l'm not sure you border-radii are all the same on your elements though??

@Andrew The radius isn't the same on all the elements as I was using an old PSD. In the browser everything is the same :)

I second the concern about red on red. It might be helpful to explore other common alerts like success, warning, and info messages.
