This is beautifully executed. Couple of suggestions:
Have you tried aligning the left edge of the sidebar icons with the left edge of the subtitles ('General' and 'Recurring')?
Applying the same principle, have you tried aligning the left edge of Overview with 'Gross Volume' and maybe increasing the size of Overview to make its place in the page's hierarchy clearer?

Looks great, I'd try out David's suggestions also.
The little toggle for Live & Test feels like it needs to be pixel taller (only the metal toggle) so that it just shows above the edge of the space it's sliding in?

Fresh as always. I think the font is a bit on the small side. We find ourselves Cmd +'ing to make it larger (mostly in the list views).
