The link icon looks a bit awkward to me however, it appears the underside is proportioned correctly but the top is not - it looks like the top is too "straight."
Todd, I tend toward sprites, so I'll do that, however that being said, I don't always use sprites as the technique doesn't work in every situation. Thanks for the comments on the filter icon.
Chris, should look pretty tight. They'll almost never be all together. But one thing I am realizing about you is this: You aren't a huge fan of this work. Maybe our style is just a bit opposite here ;)

I think I'd just like to say that the sharpness of the characters in the console icon, and the pen icon next to it, don't really match the rest of the icons… and I don't know exactly how it'll be applied but maybe the "file cabinet" icon could serve its purpose better if it were monochromatic (black) and not two-tone.

Cutting up icons for devthought. I like to put them all in a master file first and do tweaks to make sure that they all work together.
