   Looking good! A few suggestions: The arrow need some highlights of some sort like other folks said, be them to add definition or depth, choose your method. The very outer rim of the wheel doesn't contrast with the background enough— it either need an outer stroke or it needs to be lightened. Finally, not sure how I feel about this: http://cl.ly/1d0Z
