Hmm perspective feels a tad funny on the lid. Or maybe its the rectangular slit at the top thats throwing it of. Or the way the shading/gradient is handled on the lid. Plastic is well done. I'd like to see it SMALL!
The inside (back) corners might benefit from more roundedness. As it is, the inside corners make it seem as though the back side would be more square than the front.
A good start, if you don't mind me saying. The first thing I noticed was the weird perspective of the orange top compared to the rest, including the slit on top. Here's what I think the shape looks like sideways at the moment: http://cl.ly/CPyO (Disregard that lower left corner, if you would be so kind :) )
Furthermore I'd have to agree with Ryan's point on the back corners.
Need help? You know where to find me :)
Thanks Ryan and Max. Appreciate the feedback. Regarding the shape of the box, it's an odd shape, but it's no different from most icons of boxes/cabinets/drawers like this. I think the difference here is that we made it transparent and by that also a lot harder for ourselves (if the corner of the box in the back were straight it would be a piece of cake) haha. Thing is, our client really wanted us to wait until 99% of the project was done before putting anything on Dribbble. In other words, this is the icon the way it's going out. We're quite happy with it. It's not meant to be a one on one replica of a real life box (if a box like this exist anyway ;) ).

Nice work - one small consideration...
