The buttons and style are really good, but I have a question:
Are all of these links of equal value to the user? Is there one that is more commonly used than others?
Currently they all blend together making it hard to scan. Consider making some buttons grey or changing the layout to give a hierarchy of importance.

You know, generally your remark is quite ok, but that depends also on service and its complexity. You can't take in consideration broader context of what I presented here... It's just a small part of quite extended page, that I can't present as a whole ;).
