Hey Filip, right now I'm not using any fancy jQuery to get it to look any better. Honestly I can live with it, I hate using plugins to hide the <select > and insert <div>'s, or <span>'s. Also a lot of plugins I've used in the past ruin Keyboard support, even though in this case it's not a huge factor.
Also this shot is in Firefox, so in Webkit it'll be a nice custom arrow anyway. If you have any suggestions let me know!

Yeah if "-moz-appearance: none;" ever gets fixed for <select> elements, that would be awesome.
