   A proposed visual for a client. The only time you'll see the finished article is on release. (the square corners in the drop down are deliberate)

   Good job but I think the text shadow is too strong and the bottom of the hovered box looks a bit blurry.

   I'll look a hell of a lot better when coded as you won't have Photoshop's shitty text rendering ruining things for you. :)

   I know you said they are deliberate, but they seem odd.

   Not a fan of separating links that have a gradient background on a dropdown menu. In fact, I'm not a fan of putting a gradient background on those.

   The only trouble with those rounded corners on the dropdown menu is that the square corners of the boxes inside them don't seem to fit.
