The save button still feels off...any suggestions? Feedback appreciated.

I think the drop shadow on save is to strong. the circle and rectangle are fighting maybe just use a plus sign and save text.

I don't think there's enough padding between the top and bottom. Also, the white inset highlight isn't right — maybe make it lighter? What if the (+) was on the left of "SAVE" instead of above it?

I think the + and the circle are too big for the space. Not enough room above and below. Maybe also try to square off the bottom corners of the yellow button, they seem to float above the nav bar.

Maybe have the save button dropping over the bottom?

I also agree with the + on the same line as save or more padding!

EDIT: Just noticed its a iPhone app. I would lift the bottom bar up a bit and hang the save button over the bottom.

I like Galen's suggestion of having the icon on the left and text on the right this should provide some breathing room above and below the elements.

I'm not sure if the 'plus' sign is the right choice here. I have normally seen it used for "Add" or "More". It's tough though as the classic "Floppy disc" icon makes no sense on a iPhone. Great work love the yellow :)
