Expedition Registration

An initial proposal for a very long and complex form registration for registering your child for an expedition/course. Still waiting for concrete UX guidelines in order to fine-tune the form fields, so this is work in progress. Check out the full-size screenshot. Note, that it's in one screen only for reference's sake, while in real life it will be a stepped process.
