Wolf and Woman Illustration

“Some days I am more wolf than woman, and I am still learning how to stop apologizing for my wild.”
— Nikita Gill

A conceptual vector illustration that dwells on the misunderstanding of our own ferocity and the urge to repress it out of fear. We often curb raw emotions, convictions, and impulses because we have been conditioned to feel guilty. In truth, censoring the animal means denying a part of what makes us human.

This is a personal project that attempts to marry my design and fine art backgrounds. I need to make more time to explore and visually communicate the things that I wrestle with and want to share. They feel urgent to me.
