   They look very nice and I have some suggestions. I don't know about how the arrows are sometimes on the hand itself, and sometimes around the fingers. For me, the symbolism is stronger when the arrows are near the fingers themselves, because I feel like you can perform these gestures just by moving your fingers rather than my whole hand. So for the 4 arrow gesture, maybe you could either put the arrows above the hand, or have the hand at a 45 degree angle so that you can actually have the arrows emanating from the finger tips at 90 degree angles.

   Also, for the expand gesture (the reverse pinch) maybe the arrows should be on the outside of the fingers rather than the inside to make the two gestures more visibly distinct. That way it doesn't just look like the arrows are pointing to the fingers, they are pointing in the direction the fingers should go in.
