Callpy

Callpy is a smart and intuitive chat application that serves the purpose of not only chatting with potential visitors, but also observing and tracking visitors' navigation patterns across the configured websites.

Detailed statistics of selected visitor show up in the right sidebar, allowing agents to thoroughly analyze the visitor details including page visited, source, OS, browser name/version etc. What makes it stand out is its visitor observing feature set, which includes live annotating screen, highlighting specific area, tracking visitors mouse movements and establishing remote connection.
