@whitmoyer - Find it easier to scan the page from top to bottom when there is a tad more row spacing. With the modules separated as they are felt like it was easier to read left to right and see the break.
Then again usually I'm just guessing and talking out of my ass.
Sticking with the icon sweets 1 lock icons for now. Also refined some of the interactions to make more sense so users knew what they could and couldn't edit.
Also caved and took Whitmoyer's advice because he's just smarter then me.

Looks great..I'd darken or color the "locked" icon or background more like iOS. Congrats again on the new job!

Nice and clean. Consider http://iconsweets.com/ ? They have a nice lock/unlock icon set within their larger collection.
