   Now some tips. :D

   Bellow the title "Employee Name" I guess it is an input field, right?

   Now, the dropdown on the right, "Role", and the other one which I can't read have the same input style. This is good, in a way that makes the layout look better, however in terms of usability it goes on the wrong way.

   Try to make a container for the dropdown arrow, which will help the users to recognize it as a dropdown.
