My first attempt at packaging -- feedback greatly appreciated.

I think this would make a good ad campaign for the product, but I'm not sure it's a great name for the product. When I think of Ice Cream brand names, or names on ice cream packaging— I think of stuff like: Ben & Jerry's, or Blue Bell. Something simpler for the name.
Now it could DEFINITELY work in the case like on a B&J's pint where it has that long description at the bottom of what the flavor consists of. Or as a funny tag line.
The way the hierarchy reads to me is ICE CREAM, Just because, FAT with a little bit of a fight for attention between the 3. Not really something I could see people really going after in a store. The line would need to be toned down and a funny thing people read after the fact.
On a lighter note, I think this is a great concept for a package and I really like the overall design.
Not trying to tear it apart, but this could definitely be awesome with some refinement.
Nice work though. I really like the subtle details.
Very nice concept, but I agree with Matt's points. People tend to want to know the flavor label fast. They skim-read the labels.
I agree with Matt. You could get rid of "ice cream" up top altogehter especially since it says it twice. Make that read more like a scale and talk them into a Die Cut for the face of the scale to see the product. The "now even healthier" ribbon up top needs a little refining. This is a good start. Nice job.
Yeah, I had some limitations as it was done for class (ice cream had to be the biggest and a few other stipulations), but your feedback was super helpful. Thanks!
