Idk if one more vote in favor of this one will be worth anything, but here's my vote!

There's something about the other one I like maybe even more than this one, but in the end this one wins out, simply because the lighter color will make the icon stand out a lot more, especially in older iPhones where you can't set a wallpaper and the screen is black (yeah, those are still around), if the wallpaper itself is too dark, or if the app is in a folder, where the background is that dark gray linen.
If the wallpaper is a light, similar color, that won't be a problem since it has the black border.
So yeah, I'd definitely go with this one.
