I think he's getting a bit better. Incorporated feedback from the last pic, making his head, eye and baubles bigger and putting a shadow in. Also tweaked his beak to make him look a bit smilier.

looks really nice Laura! I agree with the previous comment about making the decorations larger though. I want to see baby penguins!! :D

Really nice - I think the penguin is spot-on now, but something about the ornaments is a bit stiff? I think maybe they look too perfectly balanced? And whilst it is more difficult to do the star not straight on, I think it might look better if it were turned just a little bit. Or perhaps add a small design to the red bobble and make sure that is not perfectly in front?
Also not 100% sure that the shadows are right just yet – but that's my weak spot myself, so I might just be projecting my difficulties onto this.
Love the penguin, though. Really nicely done.

Are you sick of my penguins yet?

Again based on improvements suggested by lovely Dribbblers and those on Twitter. I think the main problem now is the shadow on the floor (see attached), without a proper reference photo, it doesn't seem to look right, he's still floating a little bit!
