   I agree with @Leandro, the color glow can stay, just the shadow needs less depth... Everything else seems very straight-edged, I feel it needs the same treatment.

   excellent concept, I'm not digging the shadow on the "+" either... also, I would maybe thicken the colored stroke by a pixel or two. Just a thought
