    Reminds me quite strongly of this one. There is also this one that has the same sense of motion and stylistics. That's not to say that all these logos can't co-exist, because they certainly can.

    Mate this looks cool ! Something i noticed when i was looking at the key on the back that part is kind of haunting makes a ghost kind of thing if u notice it horizontally :) COOL LOGO MATE !!!

    I still think you need to fix his left arm by adding a hand or just removing the arm all together (also the drop shadow isn't necessary either). Other than that it looks great.
