Love it. My only critique would be that the right eye seems like it could be moved a couple pixels to the left. Either that or move the left eye a couple pixels to the left. Good job.
That's an amazing style! The eyes look like they should be moved down and to the left a little, but overall I'm impressed. Love it! Can't wait to see the end result.
I used warm colours on the victim in contrast with the burglar's grey clothes. Fixed the burglar's eyes position and right hand (he had two left hands! XD).
It's time to work on a background, that burglar needs a house to rob.
