Working on a logo for a company that makes stuff. That is all I can say.
I wanted to go for the medieval shield/crest look, with a bit of symbolism.
Thoughts?

Looks great Jord! Maybe give the arrow and the needle a bit more weight? So that you can still properly see them in smaller sizes.

Agree with Jonno, wings could be bigger proportionally to the body/tail.

I think the paws look a bit too rigid, have you tried arching them a bit?

His paws aren't perfectly straight, which makes it a bit more organic I think. Or, it might just look like shit if you do do something with them :P

Also, have you tried making the pin and the arrow point up instead of down? I think it might look a bit better…

I agree with the comments too. Although, reversed on black it does look like a vodka or Russian military logo. Be nice to see it in more vibrant colour on a light background to give a bit of juxtaposition, but retain that medieval look you were going for.
