    ooooooh! nice! :D I especially enjoy the subtle metallic texture and the drop from the feather. On the smaller version maybe you could separate the feather from the drop by a pixel or so, it's quite hard to see... but I guess that will continue to be the case since it is so darn small :)

    Is the shield meant to be rounded? If so you may want to have the top dip a bit, not unlike the banner. I like where it's going.

    @Pedja, Agree man! that contrast on the "T" is to heavy. Anyway I wanted to improve that.
