Depends on the use cases of save draft: is it often used? Is it something less frequently used? I rarely use save draft on any blog, but I'm probably not average.
Aesthetically I'm not a huge fan: the thin type makes the text bigger than the bolded "Publish idea". I might try increasing the padding on the left and right. "Publish idea" has much nicer padding.

Not sure about the 'save draft' button - should it be a link like the 'cancel' button, or with a coloured background?

How does it look if the call to action's aren't in all caps? I think it would look much cleaner.

Looking great. I agree with Julius about the font weight, and it definitely needs more left/right padding. At least double =)
