the toggle on the right struck me as a rotary dial at first. Perhaps a faint gradient to push the curved face of the toggle?

I agree with Joshua... maybe making the 'crease' on the button a tad more defined or bringing in the drop shadow along the sides so that the top half appears more flat (assuming that is the desired effect).

@Joshua I agree, the right hand switch is not 100% bang on yet I think it still needs some minor work just to flatten on the front part.
